Leo agrees that he ended up with the right woman as his queen." Edward nodded. "If I'd let that boy marry for what he thought passed for love back then, lord knows where we'd all be now."
"Father was in love with someone else back then?" she wondered if her grandfather would actually mention her mother's sister.
But he didn't. He merely snorted. Maybe he didn't even remember the name of a long dead woman.
