Four-eyes gradually calmed the fluctuations in his eyes. The corner of his eyes twitched from behind his rectangular spectacles, and he smiled:
"Your gaze, it is even worse than before."
The smile those words were said with was mirthless. If anything, there was resentment inside, and more than that, at the back, disgust and hatred.

Daemon only responded with silence, before he changed the subject, speaking for the first time:
"Henry James, tell me where he is?"
Four-eyes' face warped as he seemed to see in the calm dark eyes just how insignificant his emotions, and even him, were. Those emotions came back, turned into anger, and he snapped:
"Damn you, Zulu!!!"
