After some conversation, he learned that Constantine had been admitted to Moscow University years ago and had stayed there after graduating. Instead of pursuing further academic studies, he got involved with government agencies, serving the local politicians, mainly investigating the Arctic Circle.
Obviously, Constantine and the powerful figures behind him were searching for something.
That was also where Medanzo was heading.
