Sìxiàng's consciousness plunged into chaos.
In a trance, sitting cross-legged floating in the air with eyes tightly shut, it seemed to "see" another self.
Through its gaze, one could see naivety, confusion, and ferocity.
Like a proud and aloof wolf cub.
Sìxiàng raised its hand, and the another self across seemed to raise arm too...
This is the past.
To become a god, one must confront their past.
Identifying with one's past self is "soul-searching."
Every god's scene of soul-searching during their ascension is utterly distinct.
But the ultimate answer is always the same: acknowledging oneself!
By reconciling one's past with their present selves and achieving agreement, one can genuinely permeate reality, henceforth detached from the mundane world, becoming a deity that upholds the Divine Country.
At this level, time has lost its effect on Him; only the Law and higher forces can influence a god.
This is also why deities are exalted above, and mortals cannot withstand them.
