That was the thing with fighting this bastard—Damian had no idea what was real in its slimy body. Even more so here—Damian sensed a singular mana signature from all its darkness. Even the sword had the same feeling.
"I hate this guy.." Sam said, not trying to use his lightning to fly and instead choosing to be carried by Damian.
Before the grey dirt flying high from the giant dark energy explosion could clear up, the swirling, twisting giant dark slime rose out of it and formed a golem-like shape with an enormous black sword in hand. It headed straight for their heads seconds after being materialized.
"I think the feeling is mutual.." Damian replied.
