That same afternoon, Cornflower and Nina met in the construction area south of Luennolay City.
Since the front line where the Kingdom Army and Interworld Army were fighting was south of Luennolay, and moving north through Luennolay would increasingly approach the Royal City, the defensive fortifications on the south side of this city had been well established long before the City Defense Army was reorganized. These included large combination Defense Technique, full-disposed Extermination Technique Launch Pads, multiple reinforced medium and small fortresses, and vast trigger-explosion landmine zones.
Cornflower and Nina were there to check and record the integrity of these landmine zones and the flow of Magic Power within them.
