Jiang Yisheng came downstairs after his bath, only to find everyone gathered in the living room, their faces showing surprise.
It was nearly ten o'clock, on any normal day his grandmother would have retired to her room by now, yet there she was, still sitting there.
As he adjusted his sleeves, he walked over, "Grandma, why are you still drinking tea? Be careful or you might have trouble sleeping tonight."
"It's fine, I'm so happy tonight that even if I can't sleep, it's okay," Mrs. Jiang said, her smile so wide she could barely close her mouth, dispelling her previous worries.
Jiang Yisheng was puzzled, "What's there to be so happy about?"
"Xiaojiu just called to say that Ahan woke up, and they are on their way back," Veya explained softly as she came out of the kitchen.
"Cousin woke up?" Jiang Yisheng exclaimed with joy, "That's really great news."
Could it be that he was stimulated into waking up by what Ji Mingqian said?
