The two came out of the kitchen with an array of dishes that needed three trips to be all brought out. The food was lined up on the dining table and I begun to suspect if they had any false illusions about our appetites.
As it turns out, I was the one who was naive and underestimated the appetite of four young men who had worked hard for the most part of the day.
We sat on the dining and wolfed down the food with some beer. In this kind of situation, time always pass quickly. It had gotten dark by the time any of us noticed it and we were all too drunk to go anywhere anyways so we all picked a room and made ourselves at home. It was even the initial plan so there was no trouble at all.
We were too drunk to do the dishes without making the whole house a mess so we all unanimously decided to leave them till tomorrow when we call tell the difference between dishwasher and oven.
