The Blood Race's target had always been the Soaring Dragon World itself and not its cultivators.
Their previous pursuits were merely aimed at weakening the resistance in the Soaring Dragon World. Having failed to catch their targets and endured heavy losses, the Blood Race simply stopped bothering.
Furthermore, traversing between worlds is not as easy as one might imagine, even with the Blood River Great Array set up by the Sky Ravine Sect as a bridging mechanism, the number of Blood Race members who could enter the Soaring Dragon World in the first wave wouldn't be too many.
Thus, what the Blood Race needed to do now was to quickly construct the Bridging Altar to not only facilitate the arrival of the Blood World but also bring more of their people over.
