Inside the palace, there were no burning torches or candles. Instead, dozens of luminous pearls emitted a white glow, embedded in various parts of the walls. The walls seemed to be made of White Jade, adding an opulent and dignified feel to the entire underground palace.
This is the Inner Court Treasury of Da Xuan.
The Da Xuan Treasury is divided into two, one being the Imperial Treasury, the Outer Court Treasury, which serves as the economic lifeline of the Imperial Court. The other is the Inner Court Treasury, the private treasury of the Royal Family, where almost all the rare items accumulated by the Da Xuan Dynasty Court over the years are sent through various channels, either as tributes or offerings.
