"That day, James Harper told me you are his adopted son," Natalie said. "I think now I know the reason. He sure saved me from having a panic attack thinking I was married to my own brother. When he revealed I am his daughter, I was so relieved to already know we are not blood-related."
Justin admired that James had surely made things easier for him.
"He is a thoughtful man. I wouldn't mind having him as my father. At least he is smart, rational, and a no-drama person," she commented.
"More like he is aware of how much trouble your stubborn mother could be, so he made it easier for himself by solving some issues beforehand. Now he only has to pay attention to his woman while leaving his daughter to me," Justin added.
"He doesn't have any issues with us being together. That's such a relief," she said again.
Justin hummed, as he couldn't deny it either.
