"Andy, I heard that you wanted to eat here?" Amir said, looking around Maxwell to speak to him. Andrew nodded, his hand firmly on Maxwell's thigh as he spoke to Amir as everyone else chatted amongst each other.
Amir's face looked a little pale, a little drained. He looked tired, and thinner compared to when he had last seen him. He had heard that Amir had pretty terrible morning sickness, and that appeared to be taking a toll on him. Andrew felt a little bad for the other man.
"Yes. I had a good experience here last time, and then uh…" Andrew trailed off, a little awkward as Andrew spoke. Maxwell, in between the two of them as they spoke, laughed.
"Andrew asked me to meet him here when we were having our rough patch." Maxwell told Amir with a smile. Amir's eyes widened, and he pushed up his own glasses nervously.
"Oh. I see. Did you…have a good time?" He asked awkwardly and Maxwell laughed.
