The house talks went far smoother than Andrew needed to worry about. Maxwell had been right, as had Kim and Jenny. The owners of the house didn't want to sell to just anyone. They had wanted to sell it to someone who was going to make it a home, and not just use it for what they called 'show and tell'.
It was a bit unorthodox, but they asked if they could have a phone call with Andrew and Maxwell, just to confirm what they wanted to do outside of the fact that Maxwell and Andrew were considering putting money down on the place.
It was scheduled during their down time, so lunch time, and Andrew and Maxwell gathered in Maxwell's office, two days later, and spoke to the current owners of the house.
