No one knows who posted it, but it's clear to anyone with eyes that this was a smear campaign against Pu Sangzhi.
Posting photos of Pu Sangzhi running and comparing them with her glammed-up shots exposes the intentions all too clearly.
Zhu Dandan was someone who liked to browse the school forum, so she would be one of the first to spot such a post.
Since the post was meant to be malicious, it's likely that the person who posted it also brought along a bunch of hackers to set the tone.
Aside from the mockery in the original post, the comments were also unmistakably snide.

"I've always thought that this Pu (deliberately vague) isn't pretty at all, just very average looking, and only slightly better with makeup on!"
