After Ivan moved his residence to the interior of the Peak of Truth, he used this Golden Rock Tower as a place for office and leisure, where many associated with him stayed year-round.

Since Ivan became the True Witch Throne, regardless of his own thoughts, it seemed to outsiders and even close ones that his aura became more imposing with each passing day. Fewer and fewer people could remain at ease, laugh, or get angry in his presence.
On the ninth floor of the tower, a 'Star Realm Gate' that surpasses the Star Realm stands prominently in the center, guarded by two Arcane Wizards in front of the portal.
Upon his arrival, both hurried to pay their respects.
"Ska, Candi, are you both comfortable staying here?" Ivan asked as he approached.
