Sienna listened to the senior executives relay all the information concerning their departments and the projects they were handling.
There was little to no divergence in the quality of work or the team's spirit. Except for their worry about their future and how Sienna's problems could affect them, all the employees worked hard, probably harder than ever.
Sienna attended meetings back-to-back without taking a break. Not only did she inquire about all the projects in detail, but she also expressed her gratitude for their hard work during tough times and for not giving up on her. Her genuine gratefulness and appreciative attitude not only won everybody over, but also motivated them to work harder.
The last meeting was with the General Manager of the finance and accounts team. Since no CFO had been appointed yet, she could only ask the General Manager for updates.
