"Sienna, do you not want to speak to me even if I were to tell you that I have your father's will?" Dane asked, his tone laced with wickedness.
Sienna was sitting on her chair lazily, utterly unbothered by the scumbag.
He must be calling to apologize. What a menace!
But as soon as she heard Dane mention a will, she sprang to her feet as if her butt was on fire. Her reaction was so extreme that it startled everyone, and they stopped eating.
"What did you just say?" Sienna was incredulous. 'Did he say Dad has written a will? It's absolutely impossible. It can't happen. No way.'
"You heard me right, Sienna. I have your Dad's will. Don't you want to find out what's in it?"
"You're bluffing. Why would Dad write a will? He wouldn't, and even if he did, he would have told us."
"Well, I have the will. My Dad handled the process. I don't know about the rest."
