there wasn't much in the tunnel except for a couple chu-chu's and as he walked he notice murals that usually depicted zelda and the other sage's change into one prophesizing his coming. glad that zelda didn't have to suffer again to save hyrule once more link proceeded to the hallway before the main room aware that the master sword wasn't ready yet he pulled hylia's tear and used an ability he just got called fuse to fuse it to the master sword greatly hastening its fusion process. when it was done settling he walked into the room before running up a wall near ganondorf head dodgeing the malice blast he sent his way before jumping down and slaming his sword through the power stone and into ganondorf's brain. ganon muttered one final "how?" before he went slack "goddess hylia sends her regards" was what he heard before he turned to dust leaving a completely shattered secret stone and a disembodied hand which gathered the stone and gave a thumbs up before fading away with a faint "thanks". "any time rauru" link replied before making his way back to the surface.
needless to say the king learned he was an envoy of the goddess hylia before he came back because she chose the time he was still mucking about in the tunnel to descend right into a pristinely repaired coronation room stunning everyone who was waiting for link. she explained that link was prepared before birth for everything that happened and that he would be the first familia member of her shared familia with hela and would be its captain. she also pulled both zelda and mipha to the side to talk about what she described as 'Girl things' however those who knew these two best would know its anything but. when link got back both were blushing but like excited and happy although the king looked slightly grumpy but said nothing about it. revali went back home to the rito becoming the new elder urbossa went back to governing the gurudo and duruk... well he passed his cheiftain status to a promising young goron because he was planning joining link at orario sidon couldn't because he was still young but he promised to follow after he grew up enough.
link kneeled before the king and goddess hylia for his final report "my goddess, sir, i have eliminated ganon and his forebear ganondorf there shall no longer be any calamities upon these lands and would now request a leave of duty to follow my goddess to orario to become her familia captain and chief adventurer." the king harumphed and looked to the side while waving him off while the goddess "ara ara... looks likes somebodies grumpy his daughter he didn't treat right grew up... oh well anyway link i give you two days to prepare and say your goodbyes although seems to me the only people that you need to say goodbye to are your parents, ravali, and urbossa. i'll meet you at the west gate leading out of hyrule just past the gurudo sands so i think you should say goodbye to urbossa last." link nodded and looked at a man that was standing behind the king who nodded at him.
link had to have a maid notify his mother who was in the queen's chambers unaware that the goddess was talking the king into passing the throne on to him in two years. when all was said and done link arrived at the gate with duruk, zelda, and mipha in tow the goddess nodded had them board the carriage she prepared as they rode of towards orario.
of course a day before link had paid a visit to the yiga clan hideout slowly and methodically killing each and everyone of those banana eating trouble makers. when he arrived at the final and last yiga clan member he learn it wasn't kohga but it was his just as dumb grandfather whose end came the way of kohga's end in breath of the wild but making sure he was really crushed and not in the depths link followed after making sure he was dead. link also had robbie make portable teleport points so link could come and go between orario when he got there.
a week later they arrived at orario where they headed straight for the adventurer's guild to apply as a familia surprising many clerks there including eina and her friends when they were finished they set out to buy a mansion in the slums near where hestia's church would be. although link found out they were four years before the story of bell so link wouldn't be able to find out if this world had a female bella or a male bell. after some time they settled down planning on getting their status's tomorrow.
As link laid in bed his system finally started up.
