In an unknown location
In an empty room modeled after a courtroom, one side is adorned with a dark theme while the other gleams with a light theme. The atmosphere is tense yet ceremonial.
Two beings enter the space. One is a pale-skinned, black-haired female dressed in white with gold designs that make her resemble a maid; the other is a dark-skinned male with titanium blonde hair and a beard, wearing black butler attire with silver designs. They both bow respectfully to one another.
The female—whose gold eyes betray little emotion—speaks first in a monotone, almost robotic voice that is as unsettling as her expressionless face.
"Supreme Spirit of Darkness and Ruin, Alistair, it has been a while since we last spoke—by about a thousand years, if I'm correct?"
Alistair, his silver eyes gleaming, replies in a resonant tone that echoes throughout the room.
"Oh, come now, Phaenna. Do not address me as if I were a stranger. We are old comrades, after all. I have told you many times to simply call me by name—my title is the same as yours, after all, Divine Spirit of Prosperity and Light."
Phaenna's voice carries irritation despite its unvarying monotony.
"Must you always be so loud? For someone as ancient as you, one would expect you to have outgrown such brashness and rambunctiousness, old man."
Alistair laughs heartily and leans on her shoulder, emphasizing the obvious height difference to Phaenna's dismay.
"Ha! Is the demon calling the sin 'evil'? You are just as ancient as I am—a senile old hag, perhaps."
Regaining her composure, Phaenna interjects, "May we begin the meeting? We have wasted quite enough time conversing—the others are awaiting their introductions."
"Yeah, I guess we should do our jobs now," Alistair agrees. Rising straight, he and Phaenna move to opposite ends of the room: Alistair to the dark side and Phaenna to the light side.
In unison they announce, "We, the ancient spirits of Prosperity and Ruin, Darkness and Light, declare the beginning of this meeting between the Order of Chaos and the Harmony of Order, formally naming the World Order Alliance." As their voices merge, the room seems to come to life; lights brighten, and a subtle current of magic flows through the air.
"We shall now introduce the Harmony of Order and Order of Chaos leaders," Phaenna and Alistair declare as radiant lights emanate from their bodies. The previously empty seats fill with the forms of various beings, each taking their designated place.
The Angelic Leaders
• Heaven's Guide: Humble Ruler—Maetatron
• Fallen Rebel: Prideful Ruler—Lucifaer
Two six-winged male angels appear—one with white wings, the other with black wings. They ignore each other and take their seats with dignified silence.
The Demonic Leaders
• Fiery Tyrant: Wrathful Ruler—Satanael
• Forgiven One: Merciful Ruler—Zaedkiel
Two demons materialize: one exuding a fiery red aura with horns, wings, and a tail; the other sporting gold horns and a halo. The red demon casts an annoyed glance at the other, while the gold-horned demon simply takes her seat without a hint of disturbance.
The Oceanic Leaders
• Calm Tsunami: Kind Ruler—Gaebriel
• Plagued Storm: Envious Ruler—Leviaethan
Two humanoid sea creatures appear. One, resembling a kraken, seems momentarily surprised by the new arrival before greeting his comrade with a friendly smile; the other, a hydra, returns the greeting in kind.
The Nature Leaders
• Bountiful Provider: Tempered Ruler—Michael
• Disastrous Devourer: Gluttonous Ruler—Beelzaebub
A stately dryad-man greets a diminutive fairy-woman, who is happily munching on a bag of sweets far too large for her tiny frame.
The Beast Leaders
• Dignified Fantasy: Chaste Ruler—Sariael
• Reality's Desire: Lustful Ruler—Asmodaeus
A white tiger beast-man flirts boldly with a female wolf lycanthrope, who remains indifferent to his advances.
The Humanoid Leaders
• Divine Revolutionary: Diligent Ruler—Raphael
• Stagnant Dreamer: Slothful Ruler—Belphaegor
A sturdy male dwarf appears alongside a half-asleep human woman. The dwarf chides her gently before guiding her to her seat and sitting down himself.
The Arachnid Leaders
• Unbreakable Monarch: Courageous Ruler—Raguael
• Cowardly Prophet: Fearful Ruler—Baphomaet
Two females take their seats—one an imposing, confident arachne; the other a timid, shy archnoid. Their awkward greeting draws a few murmurs from the assembly.
The Dragonic Leaders
• Righteous Queen: Charitable Ruler—Uriael
• Impatient Hoarder: Greedy Ruler—Maemmon
Two dragonoids, one male and one female, enter with mutual resentment as they glare at one another while taking their seats.
The Magic Leaders
• Compassionate Mother: Loving Ruler—Jophiael
• Silent Dominator: Miserable Ruler—Abaeddon
A depressed-looking male magus and a bubbly female nymph step forward and settle into their seats.
The Spiritual Leaders
• Immortal Mage: Life Ruler—Azazael
• Undead King: Death Ruler—Azrael
A skeletal figure and an androgynous spirit enter silently and sit.
Finally, Phaenna and Alistair pause as the room suddenly fills with immense pressure. Two beings appear on the highest seats in the room. On the light side stands a dark-skinned man with black hair and red eyes, clad in white with silver designs.
"The Returner, World's Order of Light: Evander."
Phaenna bows to him and stands by his side.
On the dark side appears a pale-skinned woman with blue eyes and white hair, dressed in a black outfit adorned with gold designs.
"The Reincarnator, World's Order of Darkness: Lilith."
Alistair bows to her and joins her.
"The meeting has officially begun," the pair announces, and the room falls silent for a moment.
Lilith then addresses the assembly in a tone both authoritative and familiar, "We have much to discuss today. Firstly, I'd like to introduce my old friend and new subordinate, Leviaethan. Darling, come on—stand up and say hello to everyone."
Leviaethan rises from his seat with a respectful sigh. "Yes, Lady Lilith. I am Leviaethan, the new Ruler of Envy. I am honored to stand beside such esteemed beings as yourselves."
He sits again, and Lilith claps enthusiastically as though he has just delivered an inspiring speech.
Before the meeting can proceed, a hologram of the planet materializes in the center of the room. The image zooms in on a specific location on a distant continent.
"There have been reports of beings trespassing on the borders of demon territory in Ignis. Honestly, I don't know why—they have invaded a barren desert—but it is our duty to keep intruders at bay, lest they awaken one of the Ancients resting below," the hologram announces.
Evander massages his temples as he scrutinizes the location on the hologram. "Can't those fools recognize dangerous territory? If one of the Ancients awakens, the rest will follow—and that would be quite the headache."
The other leaders murmur their agreement, and Wrathful Ruler Satanael raises his hand.
"I suggest we eliminate them before this escalates further. I will dispatch a small group to handle it," he declares confidently.
Merciful Ruler Zaedkiel snickers softly and retorts, "You forget that fighting near the area is what will wake the slumbering Ancient. Do you even think before you act? Oh, wait—you never had a brain to begin with."
A heated exchange erupts between the two demons. Satanael, his eyes blazing with fury, growls, "Oh? So the traitor has a mouth now? Choose your words carefully, or you will face my wrath."
Zaedkiel retorts with mock feigned fear, "Oh, I'm so—scared. Is the baby going to throw a tantrum? Whatever shall I do?" Their bickering draws disapproving looks from several assembled leaders.
Courageous Ruler Raguael slams her fist onto the table, causing visible cracks to form. "That is enough, both of you! Why must you behave like children? You are leaders of your factions—conduct yourselves accordingly!"
Reluctantly, the two demons quiet down and sit.
Evander then commands, "Thank you, Raguael. Now, I want both of you to work together and devise a plan to resolve this situation. When you are done, report your findings."
Both demons murmur, "Yes, Lord Evander," and exchange a wary glance before returning to their seats.
The hologram shifts, zooming out to display another location—a desolate stretch in the middle of nowhere.
"Um, Lord Evander, sir—there is nothing there," remarks Diligent Ruler Raphael, puzzled as all eyes fixate on the barren ocean.
"Exactly," Evander continues, "there is nothing there now; however, about a year and a half ago, there was a rather large island in that spot. I'm sure you all know which one."
Kind Ruler Gaebriel, his voice tinged with intrigue, asks, "My Lord, could it be Celestial Island: Enigma? I've seen that island countless times—back when I was a hatchling, I used to play around its borders."
"That is the one. This mysterious island, whose defenses none of us could breach, has suddenly vanished," Evander proclaims. A heavy silence falls over the room as the significance of his words sinks in.
Chaste Ruler Sariael murmurs, "So there is a being powerful enough to break Enigma's barrier? My, that is troublesome indeed."
Greedy Ruler Maemmon roars, "Enigma held riches beyond anything we have seen! Has that thief run away with all that treasure?!"
Charitable Ruler Uriael scoffs, "Of course, all you care about is money and riches in a time like this."
Loving Ruler Jophiael interjects calmly, "Sorry, Uriael, but Maemmon has a point. The energy emanating from Enigma was far beyond what we have ever witnessed. It is possible that the materials there were not only valuable but also potentially dangerous and powerful."
Miserable Ruler Abaeddon adds, "We're talking about minerals that could be fashioned into weapons rivaling some of our own powers."
Life Ruler Azazael asks, "But how could such a being go unnoticed for so long? We would have detected their presence eventually."
Lilith, unexpectedly nonchalant, replies, "That is correct—unless the being was just born." Her tone surprises everyone "Was it something I said?"
Lustful Ruler Asmodaeus, incredulous, demands, "With all due respect, Lady Lilith, what makes you think a newborn is powerful enough to do all that?!"
"I'm not saying the being is overwhelmingly powerful," Lilith explains calmly, "but I am saying they possessed 'special access.'"
The assembly murmurs in confusion. Evander fixes her with a stern look. "Special access? Lilith, what nonsense are you spouting now?"
"Listen," she insists, "energy cannot simply appear out of nowhere; it must accumulate from a constant source. Yet, as far as we know, the island was not even connected to the planet. So where did all that energy come from?"
A thoughtful silence descends as everyone ponders.
"Unless…" someone begins.
"Unless there was a being inside it as well," Lilith continues, her voice growing more animated. "I have studied Enigma enough to know it was protecting itself. It had no consciousness of its own, so the only explanation is that the island was the manifestation of another being."
Gasps and murmurs ripple through the room as shock registers on every face. "I know it sounds impossible—rumor has it that the island appeared after the Primordial Blood Era—but what if this being is truly that old?"
Gluttonous Ruler Beelzaebub, still casually nibbling on her sweets, asks, "If this being really is from the Primordial Blood Era, then why act now?"
After a brief pause, she adds, "I don't know—but why don't we ask them?" Her eyes shift toward Leviaethan, who appears momentarily surprised before realization dawns.
"A few months ago, I encountered a strange being," Leviaethan recounts. "They were quite naive and inexperienced, yet there was one thing about them that stood out—the strange energy they held, unlike anything I've ever seen. I analyzed the being, and this is what I found."
The hologram changes, displaying a set of mysterious data:

The room erupts in gasps and murmurs. One question seems to dominate all minds: "Primordial?!"
"Shut up!!" roars Slothful Ruler Belphaegor, awakened abruptly from her nap. She glares at the hologram, visibly awestruck. "How is this possible? Weren't all the primordials gone from this world? And what does 'administrator' mean? You're telling me there is a level of authority higher than Oracle? I'm not in the mood for this nonsense—awake me when you're done," she declares, then promptly returns to her peaceful slumber.
Evander sighs deeply. "Well, this has turned disastrous. If this being's original soul was that of a primordial, then what of the other?"
Lilith answers in a singsong tone that belies the gravity of the matter, "It's probably another reincarnation, like me."
One leader interjects, "But we don't need to worry about them right now, as they don't seem to be active." At that moment, the hologram shifts again, and a red dot appears on it.
"See—there they are. It appears they are heading to Gaia, an area off-limits to us. Let's just hope this being isn't destroyed by 'her'," Lilith concludes with clear disdain.
"At first, I thought this being might have connections to 'her,' but if they are a primordial, I believe they can handle themselves. I think that is all there is. We should end this meeting here," the leaders agree, rising as one.
Alistair and Phaenna reappear in the middle of the room. "By the law of Order and Chaos, we declare this meeting has come to its end," they intone solemnly before bowing. One by one, the assembly begins to vanish until only the two orders remain.
"You two, we have a job for you," Evander announces, rising once more. "Follow that being and report any new developments discreetly—we do not want to attract attention from 'her'."
The two spirits bow and reply in unison, "Yes, my Lord, as you wish," before Evander teleports away.
Lilith glances after him with a mischievous giggle. "Lady Lilith, is something the matter?" Phaenna asks softly.
"Oh, it's nothing—just thought you two looked splendid together," Lilith replies cryptically before teleporting without another word.
"You know what? She's not lyin—ow!" Before he can continue, Phaenna grabs Alistair by the ear. "We have no time to ponder such nonsense; come now—we have a job to do." Reluctantly, they teleport away, leaving the room empty.

POV 'Her'?
In a quiet, secluded corner of existence, a solitary figure muses softly, "I wonder what those children are doing."
