"No more energy?" Noah was surprised to hear Lissandra's words, although he soon realized it was quite logical.
This time, he sent Warwick with the intention of conducting a test, as Warwick was recently created. He didn't equip him with many functions: only a vibranium body, nanotechnology, and the energy emitter on his back. The main source of his energy was the Hextech crystal, which stored vast reserves of magical power.
Of course, Warwick could also run on electricity, and in the future, it might even be possible to integrate Tony's arc reactor to combine several energy sources for even greater power.
However, Lissandra's warning meant that the magical energy in the crystal was almost depleted. He hadn't expected there to be so many mutants, and that's probably why Warwick expended a large amount of energy.
"It seems we need to deal with this as soon as possible," Noah thought.
Despite the fact that Warwick was made of vibranium, even if he ran out of energy, the mutants wouldn't be able to pierce his armor. Vibranium in the movies was only damaged by Thanos and his subordinate, Corvus Glaive, so these creatures didn't stand a chance.
Meanwhile, most of the mutants had already been destroyed. The Hulk, thanks to the magic gauntlets, fought effectively, destroying opponents with one blow. He wasn't even afraid of small mutants – one movement, and the gauntlets released a powerful wave of magical energy that no opponent could withstand.
As for Rabadon's Deathcap, its attacks resembled apocalyptic scenes: all creatures burned in flames. Anyone who saw this would think it was pure hell. However, Noah began to worry about the forest fires that would need to be extinguished, otherwise a disaster would unfold.
A sword appeared in his left hand, snow-white like a work of art, called Muramana. It enhanced magical attacks and his swordsmanship. In his other hand was the Blade of the Ruined King. With its appearance, Noah's armor began to radiate wind energy, and the sword's energy began to scatter in all directions, destroying trees and mutants.
Wind swordsmanship was one of his most honed abilities. The first hero he summoned was Yasuo, and he trained hard to fully master his skills. Although he received all of Yasuo's understanding, that didn't mean it couldn't be improved. His immense magical power further enhanced the skills.
Noah skillfully wielded two swords, moving through the forest with the help of the boosters on his armor, like a gust of wind. His blows turned the mutants' bodies into pieces, and the sword's energy, mixing with the blue flames, destroyed everything in its path.
With each movement, he created tornadoes that left the mutants no chance. The white Muramana unleashed even sharper wind blades, and the Blade of the Ruined King added the violet energy of the Void, making every blow deadly. One after another, the mutants fell under the onslaught of his swords.
Soon the last mutant was cut down by a wind blade, and Noah sheathed the Blade of the Ruined King, ending the fight. The Hulk scratched his head and began to survey the area, checking if any living mutants remained. He even tried to look into the areas engulfed in flames.
Although the Hat had already stopped releasing flames, the blue tongues of fire were still spreading. The forest, filled with flammable materials, was quickly turning into a wildfire that could reach enormous proportions.
"Hat, come here!" Noah called, and Rabadon's Deathcap, which seemed to be admiring its "masterpiece," flew towards him.
"Next time, don't put on such a large-scale performance, otherwise it will be quite difficult for me to clean up all this," he grabbed the Hat by the brim and pulled, stretching the Hat's mouth. It nodded a couple of times, showing that it understood.
He glanced at the raging flames and decided to rise into the air. The fire was spreading with incredible speed, and the magical flames released by the Hat burned trees in seconds.
Rising high, he saw several fire trucks at the edge of the forest. A fire of this level couldn't go unnoticed. Residents of nearby towns called emergency services as soon as the fire started. Firefighters arrived at the scene and began working. Although they were surprised by the blue color of the flames, it didn't stop them. The firefighters tried to create a firebreak to prevent the fire from spreading, as their equipment didn't allow them to reach the depths of the forest.
Noah had already noticed the firefighters entering the forest, but they remained at its edge, while he was deep inside. The firefighters couldn't see what was happening around him.
Surveying the burning land, he folded his hands and drew circles in the air. Several blue portals opened before him, and powerful streams of water began to erupt from them, rushing towards the flames below. He connected the portals to the ocean to use seawater to extinguish the magical fire.
However, ordinary water alone couldn't extinguish it: it was fire created by a magic hat, so he decided to change the composition of the water slightly.
Directing the water streams, Noah added green energy to them. When the water touched the ground, the flames began to die down, and green sprouts began to sprout from the charred soil. It was the power of the Resolve Rune!
Having mixed the life energy of the Resolve Rune with water, he turned the streams into holy water, which was able to suppress the magical flames and restore life to the scorched earth. If anyone drank a sip of this water, they would surely prolong their life for many years.
The portals closed, and the flames he was extinguishing with water disappeared, giving way to young green shoots that quickly covered the ground. In a few years, a dense forest would grow here again. Noah felt in complete harmony with the world, reflecting the principle of balance so revered in Ionia: cut down one tree – plant another.
"Okay, now we need to go there. It seems even more mutated creatures have appeared near Warwick," Noah said, descending to the ground. When the fire was extinguished, he noticed the amazed faces of the firefighters, as well as several black cars that had arrived after the fire trucks. People in black suits emerged from the cars. He guessed that these were S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, and they apparently realized that they weren't dealing with an ordinary fire.
"Hulk, stop staring, there are still plenty of enemies waiting for your fists," he said to the green giant.
The Hulk, who had crouched down and was examining the new sprouts with curiosity, slowly turned to him upon hearing his words.
Frowning slightly and baring his teeth, the Hulk looked at Noah, then at his hands, in which magical energy was still pulsing, and grinned contentedly:
"Hulk likes smashing monsters!"
"Then let's go."
A portal about four meters in diameter opened with a slight hum. By this time, the Hulk's height had increased to four meters, and he looked like a true giant – now he really was a green behemoth.
The crackle of electrical discharges came from the portal. Noah and the Hulk quickly stepped inside, and the magic hat followed them.
