The information is correct, at least part of what Tom said has no issues. When he originally set up the will, sending Jimmy's information to him, the completeness of the information was also fantastic because the information that Caitlin had was the same as what Jimmy had, so Tom is trustworthy.
However, Jimmy didn't plan to give up his own plans right away; he closed the file.
After Jimmy finished flipping through the file, Caitlin spoke up, "Can we confirm it now?"
Jimmy closed the file and handed it back to Katherine Prado, "Yes, ma'am."
Caitlin pushed the file she intended to hand to Jimmy, "Jeffrey Stuck, former Marine Corps member, reconnaissance company, green gear. After retiring, he worked as a security guard for a while, then joined Blackwater Company as a PMC, escorting in Aden Bay, currently on vacation in New York."
Jimmy picked up the file and glanced at the first page, "How should he be dealt with?"
Caitlin, "Kill him."
Jimmy, "The reason."
