In the open space in front of the city, Reiger activated the highest-order magic of teleportation, creating a semicircular door of darkness that seemed to absorb light itself and began to spin into existence while darkening the space around it.
"Go ahead."
After activating the magic, Reiger made way and spoke nonchalantly to everyone present.
"On the other side of the door is the Bessare battlefield. Although it's not impossible to open the [Portal] elsewhere, since that's where you disappeared from, it's best to return through the same place."
Upon hearing this, Revin and Nipede nodded while silently marveling in their minds.
It wasn't just Revin and Nipede, even Maya spoke out as if muttering to herself.
"...to be able to open a space portal from inside the beast Yarakulon's body to the outside world? Such high-level magic, even the Archbishop wouldn't be capable of casting it, right?"
At this point, Maya truly admitted defeat to Reiger.
