Chapter 1 - chapter-1: panic

What the hell happened? I was just going home after a party… My whole body aches like I've been hit by a truck. Did I drink too much? My head's spinning. As I tried to get up from bed, I tripped and fell hard to the ground.

"Mmm... what's going on?" I groaned. My body wasn't responding properly. I pushed myself up with effort, only to freeze.

Why are my hands... so small?

I looked down at them. They were tiny—child-like. Yet... I felt something. Strength. Not just ordinary strength—it was as if I could destroy a mountain with a single punch. My body felt overflowing with raw power.

Suddenly, memories started flashing in front of my eyes, like scenes from a movie playing at high speed. At first, I was confused—disoriented. But as the memories started settling, forming clearer images and emotions, I was absolutely baffled.

No... it can't be...

I've been reborn into the Naruto world.

In the Uchiha Clan.

As... Obito?

Oh my god.

This... this is bad.

I'm going to be Madara's puppet. A pawn for Black Zetsu. My destiny is already written out—and it's a dark one. Dammit! I need to figure out a way to escape that future, but according to fan theories, Madara had already placed his eyes on Obito long before his accident. Which means...

I'm already on the web.

How am I supposed to escape this nightmare? Couldn't I have been reborn as anyone else? Damn it... damn it!

Okay, calm down. Calm down? How can I be calm in this situation?!

"Ahh..."

Everything suddenly started to slow down.

What is this?

Everything's moving... in slow motion?

No way... did I just awaken my Sharingan?!

I sprinted to the bathroom and looked into the mirror. My heart pounded.

Red eyes. A single tomoe in each.

"I really unlocked my Sharingan," I whispered in awe.

But this... this is just the beginning. If I want to fight fate, to go against Madara, Zetsu, and every dark future ahead, I need so much more. I need power, allies, intelligence... and time. But at least I now have opportunities—so many of them—and with my knowledge of this world, I can change my fate.

First things first: I need strength.

Grrrrrr.

I looked down, my stomach growling like a beast.

"Cough, cough. I guess I can't train on an empty stomach, huh?"

Time to eat.

I scanned the kitchen. There was a small mini fridge—in this era?! That's unexpected... but better than nothing. Opening it, I saw some meat and a few ingredients. Simple enough.

I may not have been a chef in my past life, but I lived alone and knew how to cook. Guess grandma must've done the shopping. I should've gone with her, but it's okay—she'll be back soon.

At age 5, I officially started my clan training. But unlike others, the "training" I received was minimal. Just scrolls—no guidance, no one-on-one sessions. But it doesn't matter. I have the knowledge, and I now have a single tomoe Sharingan. I'll manage.

The food was done. "Itadakimas!"

I sat cross-legged on the floor, surrounded by empty bowls and plates. With chopsticks in both hands, I devoured the food at lightning speed. Rice disappeared, soup was slurped down, meat vanished in seconds. Each bite was loud, enthusiastic, and completely unbothered by manners.

My eyes sparkled with joy. Cheeks puffed like a chipmunk, I chewed with a wide grin. For a moment, the silence of solitude was drowned out by the chaotic rhythm of eating, echoing like a celebration after days of intense training.

"Wow… Did I eat that much?" I looked around at the bowls. "Well, I can't think like I used to, right? I'm in a shinobi world now. I need fuel."

"I'm back!"

Oh, grandma's home.

I rushed over. "Let me help with that!"

She smiled warmly as I took her bags. "He's growing into a fine man, Taka, Mariya... Don't worry. If only you both were with him... it would be even better." Her eyes softened. "I don't know how long I can keep it from him. But when he's strong enough, I'll tell him everything. For now, let him live his life."

Now that I've eaten, it's time to start my training. I have more things to handle than I can count—physique training, Uchiha sword style, taijutsu, chakra control, chakra nature transformation, even senjutsu if I want to reach higher levels. Not to mention evolving my Sharingan.

"Damn... that's a lot. I really need a mentor. Otherwise, this'll be too much."

Still, I have to start somewhere. So, I began with physique training.

I ran around the village. It was huge, but I was determined. Along the way, I noticed many villagers looking at me and murmuring in hushed tones. But I could hear them.

I don't know if it's due to the reincarnation or my new body, but my five senses are far sharper than when I was human in my old life. My vision can spot things at a great distance, my hearing can pick up whispers, and my sense of smell is stronger too. I can even feel vibrations around me.

Damn, it's awesome.

I wanted to activate my Sharingan again just to admire it, but... I couldn't risk it. I'm only 6 years old. If anyone finds out, I'll be under constant surveillance. I have to endure—for now. But once I'm strong enough?

I'll crush you all.

Danzo.

Black Zetsu.

You plot against me and my clan... But I'm not the Obito you know. I'll become the hero you never saw coming.

As I ran, I saw two figures moving fast in the distance.

Wait... is that Might Guy and his father?

Should I...? The Eight Gates... Their power is insane. The drawback is serious—but if I master it and combine it with my Sharingan... deadly. I can't get the method from them directly. I'm an Uchiha—it'll look suspicious. I might need to sneak into the forbidden scroll later...

"Hey! Oh, it's a Uchiha kid. What are you doing?"

"Hi mighty guy! Hi uncle, My name is Uchiha Obito. Nice to meet you. I am training my body. Is he your friend guy?

Before he could answer, I grinned. "We're both are Kakashi's rivals, Same class, so of course I know him."

He replied that yes I am the rival of kakashi, we are eternal rivals. So I guess he is my friend. He said while scratching his head.

Guy's father chuckled. "Oh? Guy, you never told me about your friend?"

I replied, "It's no big deal. I was inspired by Might Guy. Even though he can't use ninjutsu or genjutsu, he trains harder than anyone. From today, you're my rival too!"

The two stared at me for a long second... and then hugged me, crying.

"See, Guy! Even a young Uchiha respects your hard work!"

"Obito! From today, train with us! Right, Dad?!"

"Yes, yes!" might Duy scream at the top of his lungs.

I laughed awkwardly.

In the anime, this was funny. In real life? Pure torture.

But what choice did I have?

If I want to become stronger, I'll endure even this.

That's how I began my training with two weirdos.

Later that afternoon, I stumbled home.

"I... can't move... Are they even human?"

In my past life, some fans speculated that Guy and his dad had unique bloodlines or physiques. Now, I think they might've been right.

They made me train at full intensity. And I just started.

"I'll show them... I'll show the world who I am."

"Did you play with your friends, Obito?" a voice called from the kitchen.

"Lunch is almost ready—go wash up."

"Yes, Grandma!"

I did something no Uchiha would ever do: I befriended Might Guy. Because of that, I'll be on the village's radar soon—probably within a week or within two days. They'll watch me, evaluate whether I'm useful or a threat. But they won't act immediately. Possibly the third will try to brainwash me and use me like itachi. But I already know what piece of shit he is, hmph.

By the time they make a move...

It'll be too late.

Hehehehe...

As I sank into the water for a bath, my mind raced with thoughts on how to avoid my destined tragedy. For now, I'll focus on what I can control—step by step, building myself up.

Then came lunchtime.

The table was filled with all kinds of dishes—meat, fish, eggs.

"Itadakimas!"

I devoured everything like I'd been starving for weeks. Every bite was heaven. "Everything tastes amazing, Grandma—as always!"

I paused for breath. "Seconds please!"

Only after five full bowls did I feel full.

Then I leaned back, satisfied.

In this world, where destiny is cruel and twisted, the only path forward.... is to keep getting stronger, so that no one can make me a puppet. It will not be easy but I have to do it. And so I started my kenjutsu I have the Uchiha style kenjutsu, It is most suitable with sharingan. So I started training with a Wooden sword.
