At this moment, 'Pikachu' struggled desperately, trying to break free, as a dazzling golden electric current erupted from its body, instantly engulfing All Might.
"It's useless."
Standing tall amidst the crackling lightning, All Might merely smiled and nonchalantly tossed 'Pikachu' back toward Kaminari.
Kaminari rushed over, catching it carefully. After a quick check, he sighed in relief upon confirming that it wasn't damaged.
Even though 'Pikachu' was essentially a robot, emotions were inevitable. After spending so much time together, Kaminari had long come to see it as a true partner.
Meanwhile, the four 'Gold Saints' from before had regrouped behind Todoroki, once again surrounding All Might.
"These little toys of yours are quite impressive. While they're nowhere near enough to take me down, their combat abilities are already on par with many second-rate Pro Heroes," All Might commented with a smile.
"'Pikachu'—Combat Mode!"
Ignoring All Might's words, Kaminari had no intention of wasting time talking. After all, this was a time-limited exam.
In an instant, Kaminari once again transformed into his Super Saiyan-like form, donning Cancer's Golden Cloth, with a flowing white cape projected behind him.
Seeing Kaminari shift into a battle stance, Todoroki stepped forward to stand beside him, preparing to face the big boss—All Might—together.
"Cancel the puppets. Switch to the original Sands Mode."
As the four 'Gold Saints' suddenly exploded into massive clouds of golden sand floating in midair, Kaminari turned to Todoroki.
"The plan stays the same. I'll hold him off while you hide and find a chance to dash for the exit gate!"
"You're still planning to take him on alone?" Todoroki frowned. He felt that Kaminari was being overly confident.
"Trust me, even if we both attack together, we wouldn't stand a chance against All Might. In that case, it's better to split up, one of us stalls him, while the other runs. That's our best shot!"
Just as Todoroki was about to argue, All Might suddenly took a step forward, clearly done waiting for their discussion to end.
"Are you two finished talking, heroes?"
"Because I'm coming for you now!"
With a grin, he charged forward, his overwhelming power surging like a resurrected mammoth.
"Run!!"
Kaminari shouted at Todoroki while focusing intently on the approaching All Might. Golden electricity crackled wildly around his body.
"'Pikachu,' block him with a sea of golden sand!"
Whoosh.
At his command, the golden sand floating around them surged forward like a massive tidal wave, as if a swarm of golden ants had locked onto their target.
"Hah, these again?"
All Might narrowed his eyes as he watched Kaminari deploy golden sand once more while keeping his own body at a safer distance.
"Kaminari boy, do you really think you can rely on these things?!"
"If that's the case…"
A sharp light flashed in All Might's blue eyes as his right fist clenched tightly, the super-compression handcuffs on his wrist creaking under the pressure.
"Then I have an obligation to show you just how worthless they are!!"
The immense power in his right fist condensed into a raging storm of force, colliding head-on with the incoming sea of golden sand.
"TEXAS SMASH!!"
Kaminari's eyes narrowed as he stretched both hands toward the golden sand.
"Not so fast, All Might!"
Crackle!!!
In an instant, a massive surge of golden electricity erupted from Kaminari's palms, racing through the golden sand like a lightning storm. Within moments, the entire sand mass was engulfed in a dazzling, crackling electric aura.
This time, the voltage wasn't limited like Pikachu's usual "100,000 Volts" attack. Unlike Pikachu, whose electrical output was capped unless it self-destructed, Kaminari had no such restrictions.
"ONE MILLION VOLTS—THUNDERBIRD!!"
The massive golden sandstorm rapidly condensed into the shape of a giant electric thunderbird, its entire form pulsing with lethal voltage.
BOOM BOOM BOOM—!!!
The next moment, All Might's devastating fist wind clashed with the golden electric thunderbird, triggering a blinding explosion of energy that illuminated the entire area like a miniature sun.

Inside the Monitoring Room…
As the colossal forces collided, the big screen inside the monitoring room projected an intense burst of platinum light.
"Ugh, so bright!" Ashido cried out, shielding her eyes with her hands.
"This light… is truly unbearable," Tokoyami muttered, turning his back to it, his Dark Shadow retreating instinctively.
The overwhelming brightness forced everyone to find their own way of avoiding it. A similar scene played out inside the principal's office, where the teachers were watching the battle.
"Here we go again! Here we go again! This kind of power is completely beyond the scope of a simple exam!!"
Present Mic turned sideways, shouting so loudly that the other teachers got the full "double damage" both eyes and ears assaulted at once.
"That's enough. Shut up." Aizawa snapped at him bluntly.

Back in the Air…
High above the battlefield, Kaminari hovered in midair, squinting down at the scene below. He had leaped to avoid the explosion's aftermath and was now analyzing the situation.
Using golden sand as a conductor for his electricity was a new tactic he had developed to compensate for the weaknesses of his Quirk.
His Quirk, "Electrification," allowed him to absorb external electrical sources, store them in his body, and then release them at will. However, he had always struggled with controlling the trajectory of the discharged electricity.
Years of training had helped him control electricity within his immediate surroundings, but the moment it was released beyond a certain range, it became completely uncontrollable.
That meant Kaminari couldn't launch long-range precision attacks like "Enel" from One Piece.
He had once experimented with using his lungs to expel electric attacks through his mouth, a move he dubbed "Lightning Dragon's Roar."
But there was a problem, his lung capacity was limited. Unlike strength-enhancing Quirks, his body wasn't physically augmented.
After some thought, he realized that even the longest-ranged Lightning Dragon's Roar was slower than just dashing forward and delivering an electrified close-range strike.
So how could he truly extend the range of his attacks?
The answer was simple, have 'Pikachu' control golden sand to fly toward the enemy, then channel electricity through the sand.
This hybrid attack combined both the physical damage of golden sand with the elemental damage of high-voltage electricity, significantly increasing its power.
"But… how much damage did it actually do to a monster like All Might?"
Kaminari wasn't confident. He had drained a quarter of his electrical reserves into this attack.
"If I had known, I should've used two million volts... or even three million volts… Damn it."
