Madam Tang twisted Tang Chuxia's ear, "Look at the mess you've made!"
She was referring to Dangdang, who had run back to her room with her face flush red, skipping breakfast.
Tang Chuxia dared not struggle and pleaded playfully.
"Mom, I was only telling the truth!" After all, teasing Dangdang was really fun.
The elder sister-in-law laughed uncontrollably, "Your mouth... if you find someone later on, how will your partner cope?"
Tang Chuxia, unconcerned, nibbled on a fried dough stick, "They would obviously be thrilled. Don't you know a woman without sass isn't a good companion?"
Her twisted logic left the elder sister-in-law at a loss for words.
Madam Tang, however, slapped her head, "Be serious, what in the world does a marriageable young woman think about all day?"
Tang Chuxia stuck out her tongue, "Of course, I'm thinking about how to get mom to sponsor me a bit so cousin and I can prepare some fried goods to sell during the New Year!"
