Violet approached Evan, accompanied by a beautiful girl with long, slightly curly pink hair.

Judging by her appearance, the young lady radiated elegance and charm. She seemed both beautiful and lovely.

"Evan."

As soon as they arrived at the breeding house, Violet called out to Evan.

Hearing her voice, Evan turned around and saw the pink-haired young lady. His eyes flickered with surprise at the sight of her. When he sensed the aura within her, his curiosity was piqued.

Is she also a Psychic?

"This little brother, you'll make people shy if you keep staring like that," she teased with a playful laugh. "I'm Claire. And you must be Evan, right? Hello~!"

Noticing his gaze, Claire greeted him cheerfully with a familiar air. Her demeanor suggested she knew him, but Evan's intrigue grew because they seemed to share something in common.

Violet, standing to the side, appeared unfazed. "Well, she's the one I mentioned to you yesterday. Claire also needs some top-level energy cubes. Since you asked me to refer new clients, I thought of introducing her to you."

"You two can talk. I'll go find my pokemon," Violet added before leaving.

Evan glanced at Violet's retreating figure, feeling a touch perplexed. Why did it seem like she was running away? Strange.

Evan nodded towards Claire. "Hello, Miss Claire. Please have a seat."

"Gardevoir, could you pour some tea?"

"Voir~!"

The recently evolved Gardevoir managing the house responded promptly from the kitchen.

Seeing the guest, the children in the orphanage quickly made way and left. Yet, as they departed, they couldn't help but steal curious glances at the captivating young lady.

Claire playfully winked at a few of the little ones, who giggled shyly before scampering away.

Turning her attention back to Evan, she gracefully sat on the sofa, crossing her legs. Her actions naturally drew attention.

Evan's interest in this Miss Fairy grew further as he sensed the potent Psychic energy within her. Claire was a Psychic too.

And Claire could naturally sense the Psychic energy in Evan that made her tremble slightly.

A mix of irritation and restlessness.

That was the feeling Evan gave her.

Claire was a Psychic herself. However, her specialization wasn't in Psychic-types but in Fairy-type Pokémon.

"Brother Evan, are you also a Psychic?" Claire asked, staring at him as her curiosity peaked.

Hearing her question, Evan nodded. "It seems you've sensed it too."

"This is the first time I've met another Psychic," he admitted, withdrawing his gaze and continuing the conversation with Claire.

Claire laughed softly at his response. "Well, there are very few of us Psychics, after all," she said. "Aside from you, I've barely encountered others like us. But don't you think we can be friends?"

As she spoke, a glimmer of joy danced in her eyes. Meeting someone of the same kind felt like fate.

Evan nodded slightly. Maybe. But he kept his thoughts to himself.

"Miss Claire," Evan said, steering the conversation in a different direction. "Why don't we talk about this another time? Let's discuss Psychic matters on another day."

"I heard you're interested in top-tier Fairy-type energy cubes. Can you tell me about your Pokémon configuration? Violet mentioned Fairy-types, but I'd like to confirm."

Hearing his question, Claire nodded and composed herself, ready to shift into business mode. Finding someone like Evan was rare, and she wouldn't miss the chance to discuss Psychic matters with him later.

"My Pokémon configuration?" she repeated, then began listing them. "Alolan Ninetales, Sylveon, Florges, Togekiss, Gardevoir, and Audino. They're all Fairy-types."

"I've always specialized their training to focus on Fairy-type moves," she added with pride.

As Evan listened, he silently noted her team. A pretty lineup, he thought.

All the Pokémon were elegant and beautiful—there wasn't a single one that could be called unattractive. But then again, Fairy-type Pokémon tended to have a certain charm and cuteness.

Evan murmured to himself, stood up, and said, "I'll get you some samples."

"Take a look," Evan said as he placed the box on the table.

"I've prepared several types of Fairy energy cubes. You can decide which one you need, and then I can make a batch specifically for you."

After speaking, Evan walked to the warehouse and retrieved the prepared samples. In truth, he had made plenty of these energy cubes, enough to last several days. Since making one or many portions required the same effort, he'd decided to prepare a surplus.

Evan carried out a large box filled with energy cubes and began his explanation. "These are specifically designed to enhance the power of Fairy-type moves," he said, opening the box.

"There are also hybrid models," he continued. "For example, Gardevoir's Psychic and Fairy combination, or Ninetales' Ice and Fairy blend. I have Pokémon with these attributes, so I prepared accordingly."

He carefully unpacked the boxes and introduced their contents to Claire, who listened intently. Her eyes sparkled with joy as she examined the colorful cubes.

"I thought Violet was just messing with me," Claire admitted, a mix of excitement and disbelief in her tone. "But you can actually customize these!"

To be honest, she had initially assumed Violet was exaggerating. But now, seeing the energy cubes Evan had prepared, she realized everything Violet said was true. He really could tailor energy cubes to specific Pokémon attributes.

This was a revelation. Without customization, she would have had to settle for generic Fairy-type cubes. But with Evan's ability to refine the cubes for her Pokémon, the benefits would be immense.

Evan sighed, shaking his head. "I get the feeling you don't trust Violet all that much."

Claire laughed lightly, not hiding her thoughts. Instead, she explained her reasoning openly.

"Well, I've played a few tricks on her before. Just harmless jokes, really," Claire began. "But she took them seriously. Then, she developed a pretty strong grudge and started pulling pranks on me in return.

"After being deceived so many times, it's hard to believe anything she says anymore. What if I get tricked again? Honestly, if she hadn't brought me here herself, I wouldn't have believed her."

After finishing, Claire sighed dramatically.

Evan was amused, feeling a twinge of exasperation at their dynamic.
