Remove the sword, only the Qi remains.
This stage is not as easy as the previous ones. Having trained in the Sword Qi for four stages, the essence of the sword had been etched deeply into the bones; removing it would be exceedingly difficult.
This is completely different from the idealistic notion of 'No sword in hand, no sword in heart,' as it requires the complete removal of other attributes to return to the original Qi.
The difficulty is akin to completely erasing the Sword Dao from Yuan Jianyi.
