Yellow Flower Temple, Attire Chapter.
The patched clothes are made from brocade, embroidered with immortal cranes whose wings are full and ready to fly, illustrating an elegant posture and implying noble detachment, transcendence to sainthood.
The skirt is slit, revealing the shins, ankles, and feet; a faintly exposed hip adds more elegance.
The method of making it only requires knowledge of vestment robe weaving and can be woven with ordinary cloth.
This attire is derived from the Ancient Tomb Sect, which practices a unique Yin and Yang Dual Cultivation. The disciples of the sect often need to craft a corpse of the opposite sex and cultivate with it.
Life and death, Yin and Yang.
