"Introduce yourself ", Professor Thorne said as he gave a clearly forced smile. However due to what I think was her trying to be cool she ignored his request and gave off a faint sigh.
What a pain in the ass.
After professor Throne finished his boring speech about hardwork and all that crap he released us back to our seats. Just as me,Kai and Lyra walked over to our seats the new girl stopped me.
But I'm somewhat new myself so I guess calling her new is kinda of off the table.
"Hey you ! Human" she said, her voice laced with arrogance and attitude.
This little rebel punk, does she know who she's talking to. Mentally I'm old enough to be her older brother and that's at least by ten years or so.
Human ? Who does she think she is..
"Uhm yea, Elf", I replied my tone laced with sarcasm and the same amount of arrogance.
My sudden confidence had got the whole class's attention, leading them to draw their piercing blue elf eyes at us.
Hell yeah I mean business.
And after my smart ass response I could tell from the change in her facial expression that she didn't like my one of a kind smart remark. Her loss...
"Your the one who kicked that chump Benedict's ass right?", She said her arrogance slightly decreased as she kept a neutral and nonchalant look.
"Yeh", I replied putting my hands in my pocket trying to appear cool.

The halls at this time of day felt rather empty and lifeless. Well I suppose it's only natural considering the upcoming festival.
I graciously walked through the halls making my way to the student council room. As of late the student council has been overworked since we're the ones planning and managing the Festival this year and so it's rather hectic.
I need to get some sleep.
I arrived at the council room and once I walked In, I was met with an empty room and an even emptier silence.
"Am I early?" I asked myself looking around. Instantly I hear footsteps approaching.
"No...on the contrary your right on time,
Everyone else is just late", Maxwell Lè Bonderee said to me as he came out of the library section with a dozen books in his arms.
"Senior, have you been here long ?"I asked to satisfy my curiosity.
"Yes, actually I've been studying", he said,placing his books on the round table where all members gathered.
He took a seat and as he carefully arranged his materials I could help but think to myself.
Maxwell Lè Bonderee, oldest son and hire of the noble family Bonderee. His father if not his whole family have served on the council of elves and so they must have big expecting for him..
"Zuria", he interrupted my train of thought, "Your associate....The human," he continued, and as he spoke I could tell where this conversation was Going.
"Do you trust him?",he asked me with such a calm and composed facial expression you'd think it's a joke.
"Indeed, I trust him with my life",I replied.
For a brief moment he remained silent and finally he spoke, "I see... Well I'm sure that your aware that your associate had laid his hands on a member of the Bonderee family, no?" He stated closing his book as he mid-level hair stretched across his face.
I nodded my ahead in agreement as I took a seat directly opposite to him.
"As the next head of house Bonderee, I must take action....and so at the festival....I will publicly execute Einar Stonbrol as at the law of house Bonderee", he said his aura overflowing with hostility and blood lust.
His eyes appeared cold and distant as though he was trying to warn or intimidate me. I looked to my senior and even though I respected the chain of command...even I could admit.
THIS WAS ABSOLUTE BULL SHIT.
"Well dear senior...you see the thing is.... Einar is someone I consider very close to me" I said as I raised my head to face him, staring directly into his eyes.
"If you decided to harm Einar in anyway.....I'LL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO RETALIATE AND KILL YOU, AS WELL AS YOUR BELOVED BONDEREE FAMILY" I concluded, unknowingly giving off an ominous yet gentle looking smile.
At that moment our Manas collided, as the hostility in the room grew from both of us.
"Is there a problem" a feminine and commanding tone spoke.
Instantly an enormous pressure pushed not only me but Maxwell as well down to the table unable to move.
I struggled and with tremendous effort I finally managed to slightly move my head to see who was possessing this tremendous amount of mana.
To my surprise, the person currently honoured as the academy's strongest and most expectional prospect was standing right in front of me....

This chick must be crazy or something !
I thought as she made me hang on a rope that was held up by magic alone.
"Explain to me....why the fuck im doing this!" I cried out holding on for my life.
So quick recap when this chick stopped me she wanted to find out who the strongest in our group was. I denied her a fight and so she thought of the next best thing.
The challenge is to see how much physical torture I can endure. And not gonna lie this is the dumbest decision I've ever made.
"You can come down now", Amy said stopping her stopwatch as the rest of the class crowded around her. I got down safety but at a loss of words I could barely stand up straight without my legs shaking.
"Next..." Before she could finish I stopped her and grabbed her by the collar of her charcoal grey hoodie.
"Enough of this ", I brust out pullinger her closer and asking her what she wanted. She entered an unusual laughter and then she gave off a smile that was Hella creepy. That's probably gonna give me nightmares.
"Now your ready for the festival....pretty boy" she whispered beneath my ears. She then moved me closer and whispered once more.
"See you there, put on a good show for me....Eii-nar"
Instantly she pushed me back, causing me to fall on my ass.
As I watched her walk away the only thing going through my head was how I was gonna make this chick pay.
