In the midst of their humorous exchange, a disquieting noise emanated from the ceiling. Yayuka instinctively wanted to look up, but suddenly felt a chill around her neck and found herself immobilized, choked in a naked stranglehold by her own doppelganger.

The emotionless voice echoed in her ear, causing Yayuka to shiver involuntarily; however, she calmed down and repeated to herself internally,

"There's a Kaidan sprawled on the ceiling, not sure if it's a Poisonous Insect Body or a Sky Vault Taster. But for you, they are all the same." Feng Xue's inorganic voice conveyed a weird terror that made Yayuka shudder uncontrollably.
Nonetheless, she forced herself to stand composedly, slowly walked to the sofa, and leaned on it casually, her gaze sweeping over her head. Then, she caught sight of that eerie figure.
