"Captain, what's the matter?" Shen Mochen was at the hospital, tilting his head, lazily reading a storybook.
He had been quite leisurely these past couple of days, undisturbed by anyone and not disturbing anybody either. Even Cai Yuncui next door, Shen Mochen had told her not to bother him for a few days and to go out more to see her friends or visit the church to see the orphaned children.
So when Liu Chaoyan suddenly called, Shen Mochen was quite surprised. He figured that Liu Chaoyan must have heard about his situation.
But given Liu Chaoyan's cautiousness, why would he call at this time unless it was a serious official matter?
"Xingshuang has retired. Did you know?" Liu Chaoyan said.
"Huh?" Shen Mochen was stunned for a moment and couldn't help but say, "Doesn't she still have several days left?"
"She had some leave saved up so she retired early. I just found out myself."
"I heard that before retiring, doesn't the team leader need to sign off on it?"
