Their main bodies are usually Losric Knights stripped of their Armor, and by fitting them with corresponding gear, they automatically master the use of these equipments.
As for Marathon, 'Lower Instruct', and 'Little Snacks' or something of that sort, Gong Qiying guarantees he didn't teach them, definitely not (feeling guilty).
