Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Can It Turn into a Ninetales Fox?

"In the age of the Internet, why are you still waiting for customers to come to your door like those old-fashioned businesses?"

In the Pokémon House, Diancie was quietly and obediently watching cartoons, while Alex was lying on the front seat, looking at his phone and pouting.

The video of Diancie dancing to the Pure Land of Bliss is as popular as he expected, or even more popular than he imagined.

Well, as expected, Diancie's cuteness is not something that normal people can resist, not to mention that this is a Diancie who can dance.

Shooting videos for promotion is just a small method, but the video's popularity seems promising.

"I just don't know if those locals from Magic City will really come to the store."

Alex thought to himself, but just as the thought passed, the bell hanging on the door rang a crisp and sweet chime.

Here comes a guest!

Alex instantly stood up and looked at the door. Sure enough, the door was pushed open, and a young man wearing glasses, looking polite, walked in slowly.

"Welcome."

Alex patted his face and greeted him with his trademark professional smile.

"Boss, you really have... Diancie here!"

The boy was Jason, and he looked around curiously, his eyes instantly locking on Diancie.

When Diancie heard someone calling her name, she turned her head and looked at Jason with puzzled eyes.

"It's actually alive!"

Witnessing Diancie's actions with his own eyes, Jason couldn't help but be excited. The video was real!

A living Diancie!

"Uh... sir, your words are very rude."

Seeing this, Alex's eyelids jumped, and he spoke to Jason with an embarrassed but polite smile.

God's special "is actually alive," is it possible that she is dead?

"Sorry, I also watched the video of you on the platform, boss, so I was a little excited to see Diancie."

Jason also realized and touched his nose, a little embarrassed.

"I can understand, so Mr. Customer, are you here to buy pets from our store?"

Alex didn't take it to heart, after all, Jason's reaction was enough to prove the shock Diancie brought to them.

"Yes, I'm going to take a look, but boss, you are here..."

Jason pushed his glasses and looked at the store hesitantly. Where are the pets?

This is the first time he has the idea of having a pet, but only if what Alex said in the video is true.

"The business model of our store is a little different from other pet stores. I have always believed that pets and humans naturally have their own fate."

"So what kind of pet you have a relationship with depends on you."

Alex took Jason to the rest area and handed the store manager's Pokédex to Jason.

"This is a Pokémon Pokédex, please click to see what kind of partner you will draw."

Facing Jason's puzzled look, Alex explained with a smile.

"Well, then I'll try."

Jason was stunned when he heard the words, and then decided to give it a try. He clicked 'go' on the Pokédex.

The shadows kept flashing across the Pokédex, and Jason's eyes were fixed on the shadows.

He was very interested in the so-called "magical" pets Alex mentioned before. Is there really such a beautiful and amazing pet as Diancie?

The shadows gradually became clearer.

"Boss, this is it."

Seeing the picture on the Pokédex, Jason was stunned, then his eyes lit up, and he showed the Pokédex to Alex.

"It seems that your luck is also very good, sir."

Alex raised his eyebrows; the picture on the screen was of Vulpix in its normal form.

But although the normal Vulpix is not as stunningly white as the Alolan Vulpix, it is definitely a very cute little fox.

"Boss, is there really such a thing?"

The more Jason looked at the picture, the more he liked it, and he asked Alex anxiously.

A fox!

There are many fox pets in this world, but this little fox in the picture seems to have many tails!

"Of course there is, please wait a moment." Alex replied with a smile.

Then he walked to the cubicle, of course, he was going to extract Vulpix from the system, otherwise, was it called magic?

It doesn't seem to work either.

"Sir, this is the Vulpix you drew, how about you?"

A minute later, Alex walked out of the cubicle, and following at his feet was a little fox with six fluffy tails.

Jason looked at the Vulpix with bright eyes.

The body is not large or even a little small, with reddish-brown fur, large brown pupilless eyes, large pointed ears, a small black nose, and six curved orange tails.

"There are still little foxes with six tails in the world."

Jason looked at this cute and soft little fox in amazement, and the love in his eyes almost overflowed.

"Wu~?"

Vulpix raised its head slightly and looked at Jason, its brown eyes filled with curiosity.

"Vulpix actually only had one white tail when it was born, but as it grew, the tail became more beautiful and bifurcated."

Alex introduced Vulpix to Jason; this is Vulpix's setting.

"But it's still very small."

"Yes, strictly speaking, this Vulpix is still in its infancy." Alex nodded.

"Then boss, will it grow more tails in the future?" Jason asked curiously.

"You mean, will Vulpix grow into a Ninetales in the future?"

Alex replied with a playful smile. He could guess what Jason was thinking at the moment.

After all, in the historical mythology of the people here, the Ninetales demon fox and other legends are also very famous.

"I can tell you with certainty that Vulpix can be turned into Ninetales, but it needs a special method, but it's still small and it's not suitable for today."

Alex pondered for a while and said to Jason.

Vulpix does not evolve naturally, but needs to use a Fire Stone to evolve into Ninetales. However, this Vulpix is still small, and it is not suitable to force its evolution now.

"Can I hold it?"

Jason did not continue to ask questions after hearing this. After all, Alex is the store manager, so he naturally has a more authoritative understanding of Vulpix.

And Jason, who can turn into a Ninetales fox after getting Vulpix, has been extremely pleasantly surprised. Now he just wants to get in touch with Vulpix more closely.

"Of course, Vulpix's temperament is quite gentle." Alex smiled.

Jason crouched down slightly when he heard the words. Vulpix still tilted its head and stared at Jason curiously. It didn't feel any malice from Jason, so Vulpix didn't step back.

"So soft and comfortable!"

Jason stretched out his hand as carefully as possible and finally touched the fluff on Vulpix's head.

Gently stroking Vulpix's little head, Jason's eyes almost turned into hearts when he saw Vulpix narrow its eyes with a comfortable expression.

Wow, this little fox is enchanting me!
