"One of our ears in the queen's quarters heard her speaking to Astrid the night before the first day of the duel," Elias explained, Cedric felt a headache coming due to this news. This was going to be a sticky situation to handle without a doubt.
"She wants to use the Nightshade family against me," Cedric muttered; he clicked his tongue in disgust, imagining how Rebecca would play according to Eleanor's music to give her an excuse to hate him.
