The moment the general drew his sword against Eve, Gideon took action right away. He pointed his own sword at the general's neck.
"No one will harm the princess, or else I'll kill them," Gideon said in a stern, cold voice.
"Gideon! Have you gone mad? Why are you protecting an enemy?" The general questioned him. Then, he simply glanced at his fellow generals, signaling them to make a move.
"It's not you who will decide who my enemy is. Drop your sword now!" Gideon warned him.
The other three generals exchanged glances with one another. They couldn't decide whether to help their fellow general or listen to Gideon.
As they contemplated, Eve continued to walk forward, inching closer and closer to the sleeping dragon.
"Stop her! She will awaken the dragon. What if she can't tame it? We will all die here!" The general said to the three other generals.
