The capital of Pandoraia was called Nemerion. Once, it stood as the center of learning—where scholars and philosophers gathered to debate religion, mathematics, and all manner of great theories.
But as time passed, conflict after conflict turned Nemerion into a dangerous place. By the 2030s, during the reign of Emperor Lukas the Unlucky, father of the last emperor of Pandoraia, everything came crashing down. Rebellions erupted within the capital, weakening the empire from the inside.
By the 2040s, Nemerion had become a hollow shell of its former self. The shining symbol of imperial might and knowledge lay in ruins. With the fall of the Promised Empire and the rise of the Three Kingdoms across Pandoraia's provinces, the old capital was abandoned by the human kingdom of Acanthaea, now based in Nabrun the abandoned city of the changelings
Yet some say the ghosts of Pandoraian emperors still roam the forgotten capital to this day—driven by a single purpose:
