Battling against the Mad Prince of the Graveborn Empire while free-falling with a mythical beast under his tail would certainly make for one of the better stories Zaroth could tell at a bar later—but right now, he wasn't in the mood to admire how cool his situation was. There were more pressing matters.
For starters, how had the Mad Prince even reached him in the first place?! Just by a quick glance, Zaroth wasn't able to see any kind of flying mount that could elevate his position, nor did the man possess the ability to use wings.
However, Zaroth quickly got his answer — a mirror appeared right below Ragnar's feet, from which he propelled himself, blade ready to meet him.
"So the other prince is here as well," Zaroth mused, meeting the attack head-on. Sadly, he would have counterattacked if he was on the ground or if there was stable footing. But Rynor wasn't going to give him a mirror he could stand on.
"How did you match my strength?!" Ragnar roared, not stopping his assault.
