The atmosphere of the area shifted as Azuri reached out to grab Jarrett's cloak. Her grip suddenly tightened as her body seemed to begin emanating a shocking amount of mana. Slowly, she began to float until she was eye level with Jarrett and stared intensely with her piercing pink eyes. No amusement was found on her face in this instance, it was a different look that they didn't know could exist for someone like her, with such a quiet demeanor.
"I won't tolerate insolence in my party. You will listen, and obey every order. This is MY team, understand? So get in line, so I don't have to drag your sorry ass across the finish line."
She clenched his cloak intensely as he couldn't move from his captive position, Dante whistled as he crossed his arms and smirked. He knew she meant business, but didn't expect this type of talk out of someone so mild mannered. Iris on the other hand, was much more shocked and intimidated by the showing of mana as she hid behind Dante once more during the interaction.
"She's scarily intense…!"
"Reminds me of someone…" Dante said as he smirked to himself, thinking of the intensity Rita would display often as he grew up. The two watched until Nolan held his hands out quickly and pleaded with Azuri.
"Please, it's okay, he'll listen! Right, Jarrett?"
"R-right! Not another peep out of me…!"
Sweat dropped from their foreheads at the intense amount of mana seeping out of Azuri. She slowly lowered herself before letting go of her grip on his collar and turning away.
"Good, now that's settled. Let's be on our way to the starting point."
She pulled out a piece of paper that seemed to be filled with the map of the dungeon and information they'd need. It was stated before that the three-star students who would be acting leaders of their parties would carry this to ensure everything goes smoothly as the most reliable students. Many of the students who were now grouped together with their teams began to walk towards the dungeon.
Anxiousness and anticipation filled the crowd as many seemed pumped for what was to come. The Dungeon Walk was one of the yearly trails that could net the most points towards your ranking at the Academy, so many felt as if it was their best shot of making a good impression. Dante walked alongside Azuri as they began to approach the dungeon. She then tugged on his cloak slightly to gain his attention.
