William's smile visibly disappeared.
Sophie Parker enthusiastically extended her hand,
"Mr. William, nice to meet you."
Before Sophie's outstretched hand could touch William's, he hurriedly shook it off, as if it were something dirty.
William rolled his eyes. What kind of person thinks they're worthy of shaking hands with him?
He had just been chatting with Adam Willow and had a pretty good impression of the young man; though his professional skills were mediocre, he was at least someone the doctor valued.
Out of respect for Doctor X, he was even planning to cooperate with Love & Kindness Hospital where Adam Willow worked.
"Mr. William, apologies for the lack of hospitality.
I hope you and the delegation can forgive us."
Minister James also stepped forward.
