After all, Master Lowe was somewhat famous in the Western Medicine Industry, while the Ghost Doctor was elusive, with unparalleled medical skills that could cure his mother's stubborn disease. It seemed reasonable to infer this connection.
But later, he became more cautious.
Every time the Ghost Doctor appeared at Eastern Hospital to treat his mother, he would secretly assign people to closely monitor Master Lowe.
The results were surprising to him; Master Lowe was either at the unremarkable little clinic diagnosing patients or at home, clearly showing that Master Lowe and the Ghost Doctor were not the same person.
Carlos analyzed further, considering that the Ghost Doctor might very well be Master Lowe's apprentice.
And Emily Parker happened to be Master Lowe's prized student.
