[At this moment, the thug in the Hulk mask climbed to his feet, grabbing a high-tech weapon as he aggressively charged toward Spider-Man.]
[Spider-Man noticed him just in time. Seizing Iron Man's masked thug by the fist, he swung him straight into Hulk's masked thug, knocking them both to the ground.]
[Captain America's masked thug stood up, still gripping the gravity gun in his hands. He aimed it at Spider-Man and activated the device, yanking him down from the ceiling and suspending him in midair.]
["Whoa! Oh! This feels so weird!" Spider-Man exclaimed, caught off guard by the sudden loss of control.]
[Captain America's masked thug then forcefully flung him toward the wall. However, he failed to account for his accomplices—Spider-Man crashed right into Hulk and Thor's masked thugs, sending all three tumbling back to the ground.]
[Sitting up, Spider-Man blinked in confusion. "What the—? Okay, I'm really starting to think you guys aren't the Avengers."]
[Captain America's masked thug continued manipulating the gravity gun, swinging Spider-Man up and down, slamming him into the ceiling and floor.]
[But Spider-Man wasn't about to let him win that easily. Digging his fingers into the floor, he managed to halt his momentum.]
[Quickly, he fired a web at a table behind Captain America's masked thug and yanked it hard. The thug lost his balance and fell flat on his back, dropping the gun.]
[Meanwhile, across the street, convenience store owner Delmar had been watching the chaos unfold. Alarmed, he grabbed his phone and dialed the police.]
[When the operator asked for details, Delmar hesitated before saying, "Uh… Spider-Man and the Avengers are fighting! In the bank on the corner!"]
[As he spoke, he saw banknotes flying everywhere while Spider-Man skillfully took down multiple robbers one after another.]
["Alright, let's wrap this up! I have school tomorrow!" Spider-Man quipped, kicking away the thug who had picked up a shotgun.]
[Iron Man's masked thug lunged for the gravity gun again, but Spider-Man wasn't about to let him have another chance. He shot a web, sticking the gun to the glass wall, then flipped over and yanked off the thug's mask.]
["Okay, seriously, how did you losers get your hands on this kind of high-tech gear?" Just as he was talking, the Hulk-masked thug secretly picked up the laser-cutting tool and cranked the power to its maximum setting.]
[A sharp energy buildup sound rang out. Noticing the glowing device, Spider-Man panicked. "NO! Wait—AH!" At the last second, he pulled Iron Man's masked thug in front of him as cover and barely dodged the blast.]
[The laser weapon was far too powerful. The recoil sent the thug flying backward, and in his panic, he lost control of the gun. The laser beam wildly swung through the air, cutting through half of the bank's ceiling.]
[The blast continued across the street, slicing into parked cars and—]
["Mr. Delmar!" Spider-Man's eyes widened in horror.]
[Without hesitation, he dashed across the street, leaping into the damaged store. "Hey! Mr. Delmar! Are you here? Is anyone hurt? Hello?"]
[Fortunately, Delmar had narrowly avoided the disaster. With Spider-Man's help, he staggered out of the wrecked store, coughing from the dust and debris.]
[Only then did Spider-Man remember the robbers. He turned toward the bank—only to see that they had already fled.]
["Oh, come on!"]
[With the criminals gone, there was nothing more he could do. He sighed, handing Delmar his rescued cat, Murph, before swinging away.]
Back in the Viewing Room…
"Oh my God! That was insane!" Aunt May gasped, still in shock from the laser weapon's destruction.
The power of that cutting tool was terrifying. From over ten meters away, it had obliterated Delmar's convenience store.
Uncle Ben swallowed hard. "What kind of weapon is that? It doesn't look human-made… Is it alien tech?"
The first-generation Dr. Connors took a deep breath. That laser weapon—it was unlike anything he had ever seen before. Next to him, Dr. Otto Octavius was equally intrigued.
1st Gen Spider-Man leaned forward, already eager to discuss the mechanics behind the two high-tech weapons and their potential applications.
Tony Stark, meanwhile, had a glint of interest in his eyes. This device looked somewhat similar to the disposable laser he had used against Ivan Vanko, except these thug weapons were even more powerful. The laser beam was thicker, with a longer range.
Watching closely, he murmured, "I could probably improve that design…"
[Meanwhile, at the Avengers Tower…]
[Inside the Avengers Tower, Happy Hogan was busy overseeing the move. A small robot, had picked up a valuable antique vase.]
[Happy walked in at that moment and immediately panicked. "NO! NO! Put that down! If you break that, even selling both you and me wouldn't cover the cost!"]
[Just then, his phone rang—it was Spider-Man.]
["What's up?"]
["Happy! I just went through the craziest thing! A bunch of guys were robbing an ATM—with high-tech weapons!"]
[Spider-Man hurriedly explained the chaotic encounter as he swung through the city.]
["Take a breath, okay? I don't have time to hear about your ATM robbery! Or the sweet note you left behind!" Happy interrupted. "I have an entire move to worry about! Everything has to be cleared out by next week!"]
[Because he was busy signing off on moving documents, Happy barely listened to Spider-Man's frantic rambling. Besides, Spider-Man had a habit of talking about random nonsense, and Happy had grown used to tuning him out.]
["Wait—you're moving? Who's moving?" Spider-Man asked, sounding surprised.]
["Haven't you been watching the news? Tony sold Avengers Tower! We're moving to a new facility upstate! And I really hope the cell service there is worse than here!"]
[At the end of his rant, Happy couldn't help but throw in a complaint about Spider-Man calling him every day.]
["What am I supposed to do then?" Spider-Man hesitated, feeling slightly lost.]
["What are you talking about?"]
["What if Mr. Stark needs me for something? Or… I don't know, if something big happens? Can I talk to Mr. Stark?"]
[Sitting atop a streetlamp, Spider-Man voiced his concerns.]
[Happy, still busy signing paperwork, sighed. "Stay out of trouble, okay? My job is to make sure you're being responsible!"]
[Spider-Man swung toward the alley where he had started earlier. "I am responsible, I—Oh, no! My backpack! It's gone!"]
["That doesn't sound very responsible," Happy remarked dryly as he stepped into the elevator.]
["I'll call you!"]
[Happy smirked and muttered, "Or, you know, don't."]
[Before Spider-Man could say another word, Happy hung up.]
[Sighing, Spider-Man looked at the spot where his backpack had been, then reluctantly put his mask back on and started heading home.]
