After ending the video call, Ethan crawled out from under the thorny bushes.
He had snatched a Dragon Egg, and used a Random Teleport Scroll to escape—landing here, where he'd logged off and hidden. Days later, he returned, reappearing in the exact same spot.
His top priority now was to level up and stabilize his ranking.
He glanced at his necklace—the teleportation portal was off cooldown and ready to take him back to the Survivor Faction's territory. But once used, it would be another seven days before he could return to this side.
At his current level, heading back to the Northern Frontier held little value. The highest-level monsters in the Survivor Faction's domain were only around level sixty. That wouldn't cut it.
High-level grinding areas would only unlock once the faction borders opened. Until then, staying on the Carnage Faction's side was the smarter move. Their world map was already fully open.
