When I draw my mind out of the unwilting memories, I find the sky still blue, yet my face is covered in water. They trickle down the corner of my eyes and stream past my ears until I hear a soft thud as they fall to the foliage and grasses.
With a deep inhale I try to soothe the lump choking inside my throat. Yet no matter how many deep breaths I take, it won't stop my voice from breaking.
"I hated the investigator, the reporters, the news media, the mass, our families, and everyone in the society who had made loving Henley and beloved by him so difficult… It hurts me so badly every time when I recall how happy we once were… It was so tiring for me to face the world alone, it has been so hard without him, that sometimes I would climb the stairs of the tallest tower and look down for a while.
