Dica was a former ally of Perston. They were known for their dealings in gold and jeweleries when he was younger but something happened and they lost their wealth and prestige and had to smuggle from higher kingdoms to survive.
He was now hearing of them after quite sometime. If it was really them aiding these Perstons, it might not be all surprising since they were tremendously greedy for power and riches.
"Dica?" Orson scoffed, disbelief spreading like wildfire throughout his eyes. "They are simply lowlifes, they wouldn't dare."
"They steal things into their kingdom. They are grossly brave but daring also, we can't look down on them."
"Those rascals!" Orson snarled.
"Let's not be hasty in concluding." Luther suddenly cut in.
