Ainsworth knew that Rian and Dante badly needed training. He already decided to let them have hellish training in this Otherworld Mission so they wouldn't mess up and die in the next.
Even currently, his DPS was higher than Rian's and he no longer needed Dante's defense as he already had a lot of skills related to mobility, evasion, and even an item that blocked a lethal blow.
Moreover, the High Priests in his Church of Evolution were even stronger than Rian and Dante despite those two being the High Apostles of the Church of Evolution. So, it was best if they could use this time to train while if he ever needed manpower, he could just use his believers instead of them.
Although Rian and Dante were weaker than him, Ainsworth didn't mind weak teammates as having teammates was better than having none. At least, they were teammates he could fully trust.
