🩸 The Apostles of NM!Gaster – "The Crimson Echoes"
They are not followers in the traditional sense. They are echoes of Gaster's shattered will, resurrected or rewritten by his mutation into something beyond even his original multiversal role. These Apostles are:
Not recruited.
Not loyal by choice.
They are either created by him through NM-induced reality alterations, or are beings selected and forcibly rewritten into his image—not clones, but echoes of his madness, given a fragment of his corrupted insight.
🩸 Structure of the Crimson Echoes
Each Apostle represents a distorted fragment of Gaster's broken psyche—split by the NM corruption. These Apostles are not necessarily from the same AU or timeline. Some are from nowhere. Some were fabricated.
1. NM!Goner Kid – The Whisper
Not from any AU. Born in the Void between data cycles.
Speaks only in red binary strings that corrupt code on contact.
Follows Gaster like a shadow, often appearing before him to warn of his arrival.
2. NM!Papyrus (Hadplates AU) – The Silence
A version of Papyrus who retained his form but was emptied of all "hope" before being rewritten.
Wields black-scarlet bone constructs that "undo" sound.
Obsessed with perfection, his battle style is mathematical—predictable, but impossible to counter.
3. Echo-Fortuna – The Pulse
A fabricated Apostle. Appears like a shattered mirror of a goddess-like figure, suspended in time.
Serves as Gaster's oracle. Can only speak in distorted future echoes.
Doesn't fight, but accelerates the downfall of fated targets.
4. The Rifted Guard (NM!Royal Guards fusion) – The Shell
A fused, monstrous version of RG01 and RG02—merged unwillingly in a ritual Gaster performed using fractured timelines.
They patrol realms Gaster has claimed, mutating others upon contact.
Their spears drip red static.
5. Corpus-39 – The Glitchborne
A non-AU skeleton who was never born, but exists due to a save corruption.
Gaster found it during his earliest NM experiments.
Corpus speaks backwards, and causes memory collapse in other entities.
Optional Concept: The Deadlight Choir
These aren't full Apostles, but ambient phantoms Gaster can summon. They sing in warbled tones during his arrival—screams spliced with Gaster's voice. Not sentient. Just... ambiance from hell.
