Chapter 121 - Chapter 121: The Falan Plane

His flame abilities had no effect on Di Tian whatsoever. He couldn't even leave a single flame mark on Di Tian's body.

One must know that his flames were capable of burning even a Title Douluo to ashes.

In that fleeting moment of shock and doubt, the ultimate darkness began to envelop and drown his entire being. The golden-red flames were extinguished bit by bit, disintegrated piece by piece.

The last thing that flickered in his eyes was fear, yet he couldn't make a sound. In the next instant, he was completely engulfed by the extreme darkness and vanished within it.

Aside from Di Tian, no one knew where he had gone. No one knew if he was still alive.

After dealing with the first one, with a soft poof, a flash of firelight emerged from the surface of the magma sea. Tiny embers flickered and then gathered not far away, forming another humanoid figure—one that looked almost identical to the fire elemental creature that had just been swallowed by the ultimate darkness.

It hovered in midair, watching Di Tian with utmost vigilance. Having seen the fate of its kin, it did not dare to act rashly.

At this moment, Di Tian was finally able to get a clear look at this race of beings.

Standing around three meters tall, their entire bodies were fire-red, with only their eyes burning with golden flames, appearing extremely peculiar.

At the same time, several fireballs rose from the magma sea, floating in the air before bursting apart, revealing more figures.

Strangely, the creatures emerging from these fireballs were not all humanoid; some took the shapes of animals.

For instance, there were fire wolves, fire lions, and others, though humanoid figures remained the majority.

Among them, one particularly large humanoid figure stood over seven meters tall, exuding an extraordinarily powerful aura.

Judging purely by energy intensity, it had nearly reached the level of an Ultimate Douluo.

"Please do not attack." The towering fire being, who was evidently the leader, suddenly spoke in a deep voice, directing his words toward Di Tian.

At the same time, he turned to his kin, signaling them to lower their aggressive stances.

Maintaining peace was the only viable option at the moment. With his nearly Ultimate Douluo-level strength, he could clearly sense the changes in the entire magma sea—how it had been completely severed from this plane.

This meant that the unknown and formidable existence before them could annihilate them all at any moment, silently and effortlessly.

The fire leader turned toward Di Tian and slightly bowed.

"Respected mighty being from another world, we are not subordinates of the War God Hall's War Gods. We hail from another plane—the Falan World. Our race is called the Fire Li Clan. I am Tian Huo, the current leader of the Fire Li Clan."

Tian Huo wanted to continue with a more detailed self-introduction to show that the Fire Li Clan had no intention of hostility.

Their previous attack had been purely due to their agreement with the War God Hall.

However, just as he was about to continue, Di Tian interrupted him.

"I know of you. I know of the Falan Plane. I even know about your homeland—the Magma Scarlet Sea on the Fairy Continent."

"I also know why you have come to this plane. This magma sea here is something you built in imitation of the Magma Scarlet Sea of your homeland."

"Ah?!" This time, it was Tian Huo's turn to be shocked.

One must understand that even some of the finer details were not fully disclosed to their collaborators, the War God Hall.

However, despite his surprise, Tian Huo felt somewhat relieved.

The other party had absolute power to wipe out their entire race, yet instead of doing so, he was willing to engage in conversation. This indicated that he bore no malicious intent—at least, not the intent to exterminate them. There was still room for negotiation.

Thus, he cautiously asked, "May I ask for your esteemed name?"

"Beast God, Di Tian."

A calm reply rang in Tian Huo's ears like a thunderclap.

Just from those words alone, Tian Huo could tell that Di Tian's strength was not inferior to the greatest leaders of the Fire Li Clan's past. He was an existence of another level.

As his mind reeled, he sifted through his memory, searching for the meaning behind the titles "Beast God" and "Di Tian."

Though the Fire Li Clan had been confined to the seventeenth level of the War God Hall, they were not prisoners.

Having been in this plane for many years, they were able to obtain non-classified information from the War God Hall.

For instance, the recent bombing of Shrek Academy by a Class-12 fixed soul-guided missile, which had shaken the entire continent.

However, the War God Hall's intelligence had been inaccurate!

Hadn't those War Gods claimed that the ruler of the soul beast race, the Beast God Di Tian, was at best on par with their hall master, the quasi-god Chen Xinjie?!

Yet now, standing before him was the legendary Beast God Di Tian, whose strength had evidently reached an even higher level.

What was even stranger was that this level of power shouldn't even exist in this plane.

This plane was too weak to nurture an existence like Di Tian.

However, now was not the time to dwell on such matters.

"Respected King of Soul Beasts, you are even more powerful than I imagined."

Hearing Tian Huo's almost flattering compliment, Di Tian replied,

"Well, that saves me the trouble of introducing myself."

"I have some questions for you. The Fire Li Clan is one of the oldest races of the Fairy Continent. The Falan Plane itself is capable of sustaining gods and possesses the resources needed for divine cultivation."

"I have never set foot in the Falan Plane, only knowing that it is located at the ancient border of the God Realm, yet its exact cosmic route remains unknown."

"Can your branch of the Fire Li Clan still find a way back to the Falan Plane through the cosmos?"

This was the benefit of having served a great leader—broad knowledge and insight.

During the time he followed the Dragon God, Di Tian had heard of the Falan Plane.

Now, he was even more aware of its connection to the current God Realm.

Huo Yuhao and Tang Wutong's son, Huo Zhanji, had been sent to the Falan Plane for training.

If things on the Douluo Continent truly reached a point of no return, then for the soul beast race, securing a broader future was imperative.

Both the Falan Plane and the God Realm had suffered the ravages of chaotic space-time turbulence.

Yet, their responses had been drastically different.

The God Realm had fallen into a power struggle between Tang San and the God of Destruction.

Later, the realm had suffered severe weakening due to the Golden Dragon King's explosion, ultimately failing to withstand the space-time turbulence and being swept away.

The Falan Plane, however, had united under the supreme god Nuwa, who led various powerful races such as the Fire Li Clan, the Purple Gold Clan, the Sea Dragon Clan, and the Human Clan. They had exhausted the resources of the Fairy Continent to forge the Seven Divine Orbs of Falan, successfully resisting the space-time turbulence.

Although they had suffered great losses, at least they had not been swept away.

Thus, opening a pathway for the Fire Li Clan was imperative.

Hearing Di Tian's question, Tian Huo's eyes practically gleamed with golden light.

It was truly a case of what he desired most being exactly what the other wanted to know.

The Fire Li Clan had wandered this plane for so long, and this was the first time they saw a glimpse of hope for returning home. Naturally, they were overjoyed.

"Yes! Of course, we can!"
