"Think this pathetic ambush can stop me? I'm the invincible Eight-Tails! Oorah, yeah!"
Killer B spun rapidly, using the momentum and his octopus tentacles to break through the Root ANBU's encirclement. He even managed to heavily injure two Root operatives in the process.
"We need to leave, B…" The Raikage's angry scolding ceased as he adopted a more cautious tone.
Killer B noticed Danzo approaching, but he ignored the Raikage's warning.
"I'm the Eight-Tails—invincible Eight-Tails, yeah!"
Still rapping, he charged straight toward Danzo.
"You idiot, B!"
Danzo's hands swiftly formed seals, and his Sharingan-embedded right eye locked firmly onto Killer B.
Just as they were about to clash, Killer B leaped high into the air, releasing a barrage of stinger-like blades toward Danzo.

Danzo dodged and weaved through the hail of blades as he continued closing the distance.

Before B could finish his rap, searing orange flames erupted, engulfing the Eight-Tails entirely. The enormous beast was soon ablaze.
Even for someone like Pakura, sustaining such an enormous fire took a toll, but she continued pouring chakra into the flames, raising the temperature.
"Flames… I hate flames!" roared the Eight-Tails. Its massive tentacles flailed as it tried to extinguish the fire, shaking the earth with every movement.

The sky turned red from the flames, and the ground trembled from the Eight-Tails' frantic struggles.
The mid-level ninja nearby quickly evacuated. Once a tailed beast entered the battlefield, they were completely out of their depth.
Danzo held his chest as he gazed up at the roaring Eight-Tails.
He hadn't expected Killer B to transform directly into the full tailed beast. The earlier explosion from the Mini-Tailed Beast Bomb and the Big Ball Rasengan had caused him significant damage. If it weren't for his Yang-chakra-infused body, he'd have been gravely injured.
"This one's tricky."
The Eight-Tails, charred and angry, began healing rapidly. Its enormous jaws opened, drawing in visible chakra from the air—a ball far larger than the last began forming. Danzo knew if it detonated, he wouldn't survive.

This was Danzo's most powerful Wood Release technique. Without holding back any chakra, he summoned a massive wood dragon that burst from the ground and coiled around the Eight-Tails.
The dragon's jaws clamped down on the Eight-Tails' head, interrupting the formation of its Tailed Beast Bomb.
Creak! Creak! The wood dragon tightened its grip around the Eight-Tails.
"C'mon, Little Eight! Break free!" Killer B finally dropped his carefree tone, sounding serious.
"It's draining my chakra," grunted the Eight-Tails. Its massive frame thrashed, and its tentacles slammed into the wood dragon, sending splinters flying.
The dragon rapidly regenerated, continuing to bind the Eight-Tails and limit its movements.
Danzo dashed along the dragon's back, forming hand seals. His chakra drained rapidly—so much that his face began to pale.
Ever since gaining Tsunade's recognition and his system rewards, Danzo had never felt so drained. Maintaining the Wood Release was exhausting.
