Afternoon.
After barely getting familiar with his new team members, Raizel started heading home.
They all took the same lift down to the ground floor, the atmosphere slightly more relaxed now.
Raizel had his own agenda, so the moment the elevator doors opened, he moved to head straight for the exit.
But just as he stepped out, he was stopped by Maestro—the group's charming Adonis, who seemed to carry an invisible fan club wherever he went.
"Hey, dude. What's the rush? Let's go pick up some chicks," Maestro said with a roguish smirk, Garret casually flanking him.
"Yuan, you coming too?" he added, tossing a glance back.
"Amitabha! My apologies, fellow Daoist," Yuan replied with mock seriousness, hands pressed together like a monk. "This humble monk has vowed not to touch a woman until I achieve immortality."
Then, with a cheeky grin, he bolted in the opposite direction.
"Pfft, just admit you're a coward, fake monk," Garret scoffed after him.
