The quest was easy to complete for Aaron. With his very high attributes, high skill ranks and enhanced skeleton army, if he fails this simple quest, then it's better to jump into a dry well, instead of worrying about cults or someone else harming him.
With such excellent prowess, he can easily defeat even ones that are levels higher than him, not just one or two, but tens of levels, which would be impossible as the level number increases.
This is because, unlike lower levels at Rank-0, where one would only gain 5 FSP and 2 SP per level, which would mean little difference in strength, that was not the case at Rank-3, where Aaron stands now.
From Rank-3, one would get 40 FSP and 16 SP per level.
Though Aaron would get more due to his perk, someone at Rank-3 would be quite capable of finding various resources that improve attributes through other ways.
